OptAtlas connects an industry's problem name to its formal optimization problem, the methods that address it, benchmarks, commercial tools, and analogous problems in other industries — as an evidence-graded knowledge graph.

The MVP is deliberately narrow: Cutting & Packing / Nesting, proven through one page, 2D Irregular Nesting. It is not an attempt to map all of operations research.
